You can look forward to an hour of seated exercises which will improve your posture and co-ordination, build up your muscle strength, keep your joints supple and help maintain your mobility.
Your instructor Tracey will motivate and encourage you throughout and you can do as much or as little as you like.
The exercises are set to great music and you are welcome to sing along. Please note that the exercises are all performed seated and so are great for those with limited mobility.
After class we have tea, coffee and biscuits, so you have a chance to chat, meet new friends and socialise..
