Harborough District Council is starting a new Steady Steps course in Lutterworth!
The course will start in October and last for 24 weeks. It’s aimed at people over 65 weeks with a heightened risk of falling. The course is free to attend. The sessions build on strength, co-ordination and balance and increase confidence by reducing the participants fear of falling.
Sessions will be held at Lutterworth Sports Centre at 1.30pm on a Tuesday. If October is too soon for you, they’re also planning to start another course on March 2023.
